Buy the "Mark" spell book or find a scroll or wand? (not sure on scrolls and wands) You get about 2 mark slots at first which increase after leveling environment magic. Like I get 7 mark slots to recall to at lvl 60 environment magic. Also another thing to note for those new to this; The recall spell instantly teleports you to whatever exact spot you marked with the mark spell. However this dose not apply to everywhere, teleportation magic will not work in every place like the wasteland island or the uncharted island and pyramid o whatever-it's-called on it. You will then receive a message saying; "Teleportation magic is not permitted here."
(TIP: if your starting a new expansion, go mark at some safe area in freymore! Ya never know? Some places can make you stuck until you beat the main story. (See lost archipelagos "trapped" post by me) )
