Fortify magic potions

And the different types stack so drink one small one strong and if you have it an ultimate one theres a guide in the guide section.

Drink a ton of different enchant magic stuff, from strongest to weakest, and enchant a decent set of gear with "environment magic". Put it on. Enchant as much as you want. The only limitations of this is the gear itself, as it will have a finite amount of space for enchantments in it.
Side note: you can do this same thing in Skyrim and get INSANE levels of enchantment, more or less breaking the game.

For the lazy but rich, where can I find NPCs who can enchant very high levels? If the multiple spells and env magic items are the way to go, as a Nogur tank, what is the best route?

Npc's usually can't anymore than a few hundred, at least that I've found. 800ish is the highest I've seen. You can just use a couple of nice rings and a variety of different sized enchant potions to make the rings super charged with environment magic, allowing you to put on the rings whenever you feel like enchanting. Add additional enchanted clothes to increase the effect. You should get 2000+ without too much trouble.

Thanks. Looks like I need to fine some good env magic rings etc. I can get my enchant up past 585. I have a number of items with storage of up to 2000. I'll just store it until I can get/make rings and potions that'll allow me to enchant at that storage.

The important bit about potions is being sure they are DIFFERENT potions. Drink small, regular, large, ultimate, homemade and whatever else you find. They will stack effects this way. Just drinking a bunch of homemade or ultimate ones, for example, won't stack. (I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure of it)

Yep the same potion or % increase value potions do not stack different % increase does!
