Is there any reason to save up the points I get when I level up? Am I unable to add them to the skills like alchemy when they reach level 99 or 100? Should I save the books that teach a certain skill, and leave the quests that add skill points until after they reach level 99/100?

I'm raise stats like if your a Mage intelligent, then go to the sub-skills
