Can't kill the bugger! I got the sword and hot him many times with it, but can't even scratch him. Help please?!?

It has to be enchanted by a witch in the forest. Head south.

What sword??

Just figured it out! Enchantress just north of Long Spit Village needs to enchant it.

There is a locked door that I can't get open, even with 98 lock picking skill! The chance to unlock is shown as "very good".... Is there a special key for this door?

If you mean the door right behind the Cyclops King, you need the key from the boy there. There is a boy (connected to the miller quest) behind another door in that room - if you choose to let him free, he'll give you the key in exchange.

What sword and where is long spit village???
Also what miller quest?

And also, I killed the shaman and the mistress leader who were training the orcs, was that a good thing to do?

Killing the witch and orcs was fine, you will be sent back eventually to do that again. There is a town called Long Spit Village just East of the wall on the Southern end of the continent. North of there will be a field with some farmers who will send you to a cave to rescue a boy. They will give you a sword. Use it on the Cyclops king, and then leave. It won't work properly, so you need to find an enchantress in the woods South West of there. She will enchant the sword to kill the king.
My directions might be a little iffy... I haven't played in a while.
