I just beat 'the damned' and the armor he gives you when you kill him requires 'evil alignment'. How do you get that?

You race has a certain bearing on your alignment, as do your actions. If you are a Rasvim, like I like to use, you are pretty much evil by default. However, if you do enough quests for people, your status can improve to good. Try attacking villagers to become evil.

I've got a lot of armor that requires evil alignment but I don't wear it because I don't want to lose saint status

Probably good as far as gameplay, but evil has some temptingly good gear.

Don't fall victim to the temptations of evil armor! Sell it when you get it!!!

That's what I do
