Should I get any expansions right away?

I only have the original app and I am wondering if the expansions will change my experience towards the beginning of the game at all. Even if the quests from the expansions don't happen until later in the game, are there any other features such as items, spells, etc. that are added with any expansions? If not, when is the best part of the game to start getting the expansions?

There are some nice potions in certain expansions that will really help you out right away, like permanent gush in HOL III or Robot oil in HOL I or II.

Yes, all expansions have new spells, items, etc. of course. If you like the cheats go anywhere you want, but I think the best way is to play with the Islands of Ice and Fire expansion after finishing the main game, then play with Hero of Lukomorye I, II, and all other expansions which are "high level" ones. Then, if you wanna start a new game, you should play only with the "low level" expansions, so you can avoid most of the cheats (for example, some expansions has too strong items for a beginner so if you go there first, the beginning of the main game will be too easy for you.)
