How do I solve the undead city? I already have reunited the sisters, and the mayor said I still have to help the city after I gave up the food to Rotto the inkepper. Who else do I need to help?

I think if you really gave all food the innkeeper needed (so he was thankful for that) and reunited the sisters, all you have to do is talk to the Mayor again about this, and then go back to the Mysterious Man. He will give you the next mission.
