I have no idea where to cure my warts! Someone help me out. Tried creating potion for it but it keeps failing because my alchemy skill isn't high enough.

There is a spell "Cure Warrt". You can find scrolls, spellbooks or potions. Every store has random inventory which changes each day. If you don't find any scrolls/spellbooks/potions for it out in the world, check stores until you can buy it.
