When bokor gives you the map to the cave of the mountain, is that the same cave where you have to kill the cyclops king? If so, then did I already get the treasure if I did the cyclops mission already?

Yes, it's the same cave. And you have to get Bokor's map to find that treasure there. So if you already had the map when you killed the king, probably you already got the treasure - it's below a big rock at the northern section.
