How to burgle for Mayana?

I just accepted the "Burgle for Mayana" sidequest, and the mission requires me to break into the tavern through the back door. Where is this back door? I have gone around the entire perimeter of the building several times, and have yet to find this entrance.

You don't need to search for any doors. You need to find a window with no light at the back of the building. (tavern) Hit it, you'll find some items, then talk to Mayana again.

As a side note, where do you find her in the town? I created a new character to retake the quest and have yet To find her.

Southeast. She's standing in a "hole" of the wall that separates the town itself and the port.
