Glitch in CURSED CHESS SET expansion

I have stumbled upon a rather bad glitch in Cursed chess set.
It involves the quest where players have to heal the wounded tree spirit with the Camomile Soup
(I have multiple camomile soups in my infantry but I doubt that's the point)
When I approach the tree and interact with it there is no option to provide it with the soup.
Please try to fix this as the quest is basically just clogging up my active quest section
Genuinely think this is the best RPG on the market and I cannot congratulate the game developers enough- this game plus it's expansions are truly beautiful

If you have so many camomile soups try dropping all but one.

I seem to be having similar situation as original poster. Is camomile the chamomile you can use to rest? Drooped them all but 1 and still no go. *Update - You cannot finish quest if you kill cursed chess set last boss. Do the quest before.

You can buy that soup so I'm nott sure there is a problem.

That tree is either a red herring and it’s the wrong tree or it’s for a different quest and still wrong tree, the right tree is by the sign and a dead small tree
