Relieve boredom quest

Where to find book of magic tricks. Would I ll get cloak I need to reach the trees in old shamans forest If I solve this quest. Plz help.

The cloak is received from a different statue in the same area. However te magic book is received from a wizard outside glass fortress. Talk to him once. He will hurt you. Talk to him again. He gives you the book and leaves
