I go under he lake of lyn cau... Kelpies spam paralyze on me. Yeah I saved before that but it's really annoying.

I hate that>.< use paralyze arrows to paralyze them first then attack. Also using resist paralysis potions work

Hey after I get the chalice and return to the troll guy and complete the quest, where do I go next?

I went to wicken fen. There's a creature in a hollow tree that you need to kill for I think mikey(the little kid in the council place where all the people give you main quests) and you may also want to head to the temple of nodens

Sinners or whatever they're called make me lose 3k exp a lot!how do I restore it... Killing dose nothing...

Ok still wondering on the sinner things and I killed the beast. Easy Also I've been to the temple of Noden before and I got in. (easy riddle) I ended up killing the wizards apprentice and also I found the god of the future. What now... I know I need to find Noden but no clue where he is.

In HOL there are yellow sphere things, sorta like the mana or health ones, that will restore all of your lost xp.

There's a statue in The Grove of Dark Rites that will restore lost XP. I'm keeping that spot marked.
