I'm having some trouble. I've been fortifying everything with civil striker but I can't really fortify anything else. Any advice?

Yeah! Let me know if you solve this. I've tried enchanted rings but need over 1000 for the oil spell to get thru the tower.

Try enchanting an empty wand or a blank scroll with the costly oil spell

Use a scroll not a wand actually

You need to acquire several items and enchant each one to sum up to the amount you need. Hope this helps. Carry on
