Ok so im in the guard tower by the lake and im trying to get tower pass 3. Im at the part where you find the dead guy with the oil touch spell and hes talkin about shakespeare. I know i need to cast the oil touch but i cant. I dont have enough mana and none of the armor that is available for me to buy is enchantable. I dont have enough gold to enchant either. What do i do

Would just drinking a bunch of fortify mana potions work??
