starting over

I decided I wanted to start the series over (I got to LV and dabbled in CQ) but when I redid Q dungeons were already done that I had not yet entered. On the plus side I had fulgent ale. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing "CQ" is Celtic Queen and I don't know what "LV" is referring to, but if you start a new character in The Quest (which starts near Matras), I'm pretty sure that you can explore the world (and any dungeon) fresh.
What exactly did you do, and where were the first dungeon which was "already done"?
