My alchemy skill is at 85, with a maximum of 121 enhanced. I can't seem to create Black Beer or Mush Rum using the recipes from the book "Lore of Intoxicating Beverages". I am playing via the android app, and recently enabled the Island of Ice and Fire expansion. When I use the ingredients the only options available are Beer or Rum.

Any ideas?

There are no recipes for those potions in the game or the expansion (I mean actual game data). Or we can say that the book contains false information (can be thought as a valuable lesson for your character .

In any case, if you increase your alchemy skill the potions you create become stronger. You can brew a much stronger rum than Mush Rum (although no healing, but that's better taken care of in other ways, anyway .
