Who trains protection magic in the Islands of Ice and Fire?

I referred to this list: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5177

It says the Undertaker located in the House of the Undertaker zone trains protection magic to level 70.

So I went to the undertakers house and theres no option for him to train Protection Magic or anything to be exact.
