Why are they so bad? I bought a crossbow and a bunch of bolts went out and they barely even scratched anything I shot at. I was playing an etherim with an accuracy of at least 68 plus my regular bow did better damage.

Noticed the same thing.. my thunder bow and cheap arrows does better.. and no cheap bolts?
