Done with the expansion?

I've killed the beast and built the bridge I talked to gurutz in the stone village but he just says a paragraph of introduction. Am I missing something or am I actually done? The governor won't open his door after I confronted him and I sort of expected a animated story scene like the end of the original quest.
Any one know what I'm talking about.

I do. Go to he port where you started and speak to the guy there, who is a little twist in the story! That completed it and gives you your true reward...
