Crafting hammer?

I can’t seem to find the crafting hammer, any clues as to where I might find one?

You can buy it at shops that sell normal weapons but it's chance of showing up is 1 out of 10 so you might have to sleep outside the shop until it spawns there.

Ok thanks so much thought I had to do a quest or something.
