I need to start this expansion from beggining.
Will uninstalling this expansion from my android and installing it again give me chance for that or I have to do something else?

You should ask Elendil in the Technical issues thread in the main forum. That should work. It does with iOS but I don't have an android.

Are you ok now? I always keep one save file in the port of Matras and one save file in the port of Mithria so that no matter what happens, I can always restart if necessary. Good luck.

I decide to start all from beginning.
Also, if you keep one save file in the port of Mithria and you then started several expansions, and you load that save, then all expansions will be reseted?

If you keep a clean save file at Mithria or Matras that has never been to the expansions you should be able to,start an expansion fresh.
So for example you have a clean save at Mithria.
You travel to an expansion.
Don't save over your clean Mithria save. Save in different slots so,if you ever want to start over, you have that clean save.
