After completing the main quest I wandered across the entry hole to the Lair of the Serviles and since the Belt is a nice goodie I worked my way through to it. After aquiring the belt I did not clear the main room, instead worked my way to the door of the Master. Only being a level 12 I couldn’t enter, but darned if the Master didn’t pop through a wall later and ambush me. I have screen shots of before and after killing him. Is he supposed to do that? Just wondered wether or not it was a glitch.......

It's a known editor problem. Elendil has been looking into it but it's a very elusive problem. Probably won't be solved soon as he is working on the Quest II and I think we can live with this. Thanks for commenting on it though. I'm glad you got to fight the guy. : )

Thanks. I assume that getting blasted by dragons through a solid wall is a related problem. Of course the tactical answer is be elsewhere.
