Just wondering if anyone can tell me where I can find the sea go Mannanan mac lir?
I'm trying to return his sceptre and crow for Aerial of Merlin's Wood.

He's in his palace in the Reefs. You get there from a hole in the north of Kilfe's Bay. You need a Diving Suit to dive down there. You can get that from a shop that sells armor. There's also one in the Sewers.
