Helheim’s Mist - word puzzle

I’ve activated the spheres and ready to face Ragnar, but the word puzzle seems to have bugged. I was fiddling around with the spheres to figure out the word (which I now believe to be *******). But something has happened, and the spheres just all respond with “Reset” whenever I hit them with a Hot Rod. Is there any master reset available that would get rid of them just resetting?
