I can't find I may have sold it but I think it's unseal label so where do u find it

You can't sell that item; it has yellow text, so you can't sell it.

You should have found it in the beast's lair at the end of Thule, after you kill him.

Oh that's right I remember I was repairing the bridge with it and it disappeared
