It doesnt seem to be draining any health, and it uses up two turns. What's it supposed to do?

Does what it says in the spell description, found under the "Character". You are probably fighting enemies with 100%+ magic resistance or are not a Rasvim. What expansion are you in?

Yes, as wolf said, make sure you're Rasvim. Although it lets you choose undead magic as primary skill regardless, you can only use it as a Rasvim.

You can't choose undead magic unless you are a Rasvim. It will be automatically replaced with healing magic.

Hm, I don't know why I thought that. For some reason, I remember trying it one time and it working, but it would just give you 0 for it, and not let let you use it. Strange. Sorry for the confusion.
