Cursed chess set

Im playing the cursed chess expansion on the quest Gold and I'm stuck on the actual chessboard and I think I'm screwed because I've already killed everyone on the chessboard, gone through all of it, hitting air expecting something to happen, going through the same doors over and over one of which someones not in and covered under blood. The one door I can go through is my only escape but one of the bushes are closed blocking the trial and I don't see any way of getting out. I think it's gameover for me

I haven't done it yet myself, but I believe you are supposed to tap the bushes and they disappear. I'm not 100% certain but give it a try. If unsuccessful, visit the website and there's a forums section with guides to almost all the quests. Good luck!
