When should I continue to Mithria by crossing the bridge? What level should I bee, and what quests should I have done in Vastares?

Cross it whenever you feel like it. Try now and turn back if you don't see a way to defend yourself. If it's too hard, find more effective spells or weapons, better armor and improve your armor and weapon skills somehow. There's still a lot to explore for you

i never found anything out about the thieves guild in vastares.... I think I'm missing something?
