As the title says... How do I get rid of it?
The store doesn't sell any in vartares.

Is that the only way? Somehow I remember a long long time ago, that there were potions for it?
or maybe i'm wrong..

There are potions for it, but it seems the shop you're at doesn't sell it. If you have good alchemy, you can buy ingredients to create a potion to cure poison. If you saved before entering the store that day, reload the game to get a new stock. You can do this indefinitely as needed. Also, make sure it's a potion shop, and not just an herb shop.

Use can use potions and there is a Cure Poison spell too. Sleeping at the Inn is just a stopgap until you acquire one of the previous.
