Hi All,
Can skills be increased over time when using the skill constantly? For example- repairing armor or using Alchemy
OR
Do you need to use Trainers only or Leveling up to increase your skills?

Your three most used skills will increase by one on level up.
(This is also listed in the manual. Well, except the limit of three.
