Cloak of Illusion

where do you find this cloak?? I am in the maze and cant seem to fknd it. I checked with the enchantress but she does dont have it. Is it in hobbs hole? I so how is the tellaport acativated? It was on the first time i went through the maze but not now

You need the quest and persuasion greater than or equal to 25. The the enchantress will give it to you.

Also, Grinna the Goblin trains Persuade to 30.
