Soup Ingredients

I'm not sure what is going on, but when I go to the barmaid, I talk to her and then check her inventory and I cannot get the ingredients. What am I doing wrong?

Beatrice should sell them. Just be patient. You may have to sleep in an inn a night or two for them to show up in her inventory.
