Where is the Silver Rose?

Honestly, how are you supposed to find these flowers for the cure? Is there an NPC explaining where they are that I missed?

You'l find the plant in Sivergirl's Forrest. It's mentioned in a book called "Shorter Botany of Lukomorye", which you'l find in Old Shaman's office AFTER you received the quest.
