Skill Trainer's in Thor's Hammer?

I'm looking for at least a lvl 30 persuasion trainer to get Trixx to follow me. Having issues locating one. I'm new so if I incorrectly posted this I apologize.

Just enchant some objects with Persuasion. And when you level up, increase Persuasion.

Thank you, I can't believe I didn't think of that. That's way easier than traveling around looking for a trainer lol.
