Permanent Homemade Gush recipe? Juggy Jug replacement?

So I know Lighten Leaves, Fire Mushroom, and Juggy Jug let me make a Permanent Gush.... But where do I find this Juggy Jug in the main game?

Can I replace it with anything? Finally for my Alchemy to 60 and want to make some of these things.

Permanent Gush is an expansion recipe, you can't create it in the main game.

You need hol 3 expansion for that. The recipe is something with fortify melee, dexterity, and str. Can be made with two like scatter and power berry
