Unofficial quest find spy

I’m finished all the Tzar’s quests and now he sent me to find the spy and I’m not able to fin him. I even went through the tunnel and nothing.

Ok found the spy and killed soldiers outside and got the key to the treasury however there aren’t anymore bad guys. Did I miss something?
