Where do I go to open the chests I got in this expansion? Any place in this expansion would be ideal. Thanks

I think any lock pick trainer can open chests.

If you have "pirate chest"or "golden chest"(not old chest he're for quest)you must find Kindo in the village of Albion he're like your "old friend".
