Stuck... Bug?

Ok I'm kinda stuck here... I got the oracles quest, went into the iron knob mines, met the moth and wanted but could not kill him (good alliegence), spoke to yadaddy, yet I cannot find the portal! I used catacombrr a location of it and cat says I need the demon killer quest thing, which I do not have! What have I missed?

You must have Old Shamans quest to collect dues and talk to the mayor of Frommage and talk with Shaman again then talk with Yaddaddy again.

Old shaman doesn't give you that quest... You have to get it from the guy who lives in the big building in the center of village of Fommage... Then you go to old shaman and get the list...
