Tea Leaves for the Oracle/ Muldrid77's Greenhouse

Can anyone help me? I can't find Muldrid77 (I think thats his name) for the "Collecting Taxes" quest. Also, dropping some hints for the tea leaves would be appreciated.

Muldrid's in this giant greenhouse that's impossible to miss, in the farming area Tap the statue to enter. You may have to kill around 10 moles, though...
For the tea leaves, all of them are stuck in the oracles cave. In pots, corners etc.
