How do i get back to main game?

Im playing an expansion. Cant remember name. But how do i get back to the main game from the expansion? (the name starts with a c i think)

Oh! I know that theres a girl in a castle that can warp you back to the main game but I forget the name of it.... It's near the town your start in that's all I know>.< sorry I haven't played in a while:p
