HOL3 jump boots to meet cat

.................i totally skipped something. Please tell me what i need....... I cant reach cat, ive got 2 cat nips and its starting to smell. Ive unlocked most of the dungon.

In the first village you started out in, there were stairs leading down to where the Duke of GP is/was. He gives a pair of Doke of GP Jumping boots. Just wear those.
