After Thieves Guild

After I do the Rob A Wealthy Family quest for the Thieves Guild is it okay to go ahead and kill them or do they give you another quest?

Please search in the forum before posting - this question appears almost every day here. : ) Just scroll down a little until you find a topic with Thieves Guild in the title.

Sorry, I looked through every page and read every topic relating to the subject but I wasn't sure about specifics. I guess that answered my question :D
