Between the Shamans lightening bolts and the witches poisoning spells I am not doing well.
I am level 11 so proposing to boost magic protection to 1000 is not helpful.
I have completed most of the quests in the two first towns. Did the monastery quest so where to now? If I don't want to confront witches Shamans and flying eyeballs where should I go?

I had the same problem. What I did is bought a ton of health potions and magic protection potions. Just keep goin north and saving as u go and eventually u will make it to the next city
