Mirthia where to activate teleporter?

I've talked to the man in the tower. Where in Mithira is the switch?

On the map "City of Mithria" go to the south-eastern corner. It was blocked before with a magic wall but now you can go there and find a little square with a teleporter, an alchemist shop and a wall lever. Just pull the lever to activate the teleport.

Apparently I have a step to complete. The Magic wall is still there. Suggestion?

If you really talked with the Mysterious Man in his tower about this teleport, all you have to do is go to Mithria and tap the wall, it will disappear.
