Lydney caves

Ive played this expansion many times but I always forget certain parts when I replay the game and this is one of those times>_< I've reached a part in Lydney Caves where I need a strong hammer to break the rocks, where can I get this hammer? Also, how do I get the hammer that's in the giants cave (the one on the shelf in the wall)? Final question....I have two pieces of cup that I found in a lake near the southern shores, I need the third piece but for the life of me I can't seem to find it>_< if anyone could help or would be very appreciated.
