I am in vastares but im a bit stuck, please help!

Have you spoken to the mysterious man of phyrn? If not go there, he gives you a series of quests which will lead you to the thieves guild.

How do you contact the theifs guild?

Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!
