Exorcise the demon

I always seem to get stuck here... Why is there no guide for this quest? I have the quest and went to see Brother Remus, then to sister Elfwin and to the holy man, got the potion from him but when I go back to sister Elfwin there are no options, I can't talk to her or do anything..? So what am I forgetting?

You are doing it right. There should be an option to give her the potion when you talk to her. Then the demon comes out and you kill it.
