The mayor says he won't help me with the Governor's sickness until I help his people. I already found the girl's sister, but I couldn't find the loot chest for it. The innkeeper mentioned a rotten food+drink shortage, and I have lots, but I don't know how to give it to him. I'm not a Rasvim, if it helps. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

There's just enough food in the southwest Undead City.
You need over 40 lockpick to open the Marusyma's chest.
The crazy old man's quest is about questioning the mayor (Bring some food to Rotto, and he'll tell you some bad news...)

I have lots of lockpick skill, but I can't find the chest.

Also, how do I give Rotto food? Is it just through the trade window?

Edit: I gave Rotto the food. I just need to find that chest now!

Do you mean the one with the Vastares Nobleman's stuff in it? It's in the Barren Forest (hollow tree).

Marusyma just asked you to open her chest.

You need a special hammer found around there and smash some rocks that are blocking a path next to her house to find her sisters house
