Ok so I can't find the peddler. Iv seen the guide online and eather it's wrong or I'm just stupid. Can someone tell me were the peddler is?

If you got the quest from Wovelea, the peddler will appear during the daytime around the northern entrance of the map "City of Mithria". Remember, you can meet him only at daytime!
